Marmot Aspen Trailblazer 40 Degree Synthetic Sleeping Bag

$10.00

From Marmot: The Marmot® Aspen Trailblazer 40° Sleeping Bag is a perfect companion for any backpacking trip! It maintains insulating properties when wet and it dries very quickly. This sleeping bag features a synthetic hypo-allergenic fabrication which is excellent for very wet climates. A convenient zip-through design allows the Trailblazer to be unzipped flat for use as a blanket. Machine wash and dry for super easy care!

From Nick: This is my go-to bag for Summer and warm Spring/Fall trips. It’s lightweight, and its synthetic insulation keeps you warm even when wet (helpful for midday showers in the mountains, or occasional downpours in my now-home state of Oklahoma). And while nights rarely get down to 40 degrees, I’ve found that I rarely get too hot - and this unzips to be used as a blanket if you want more ventilation.

*Honesty note: While you’re welcome to rent this from me, you can also buy a warm-weather synthetic bag like this one for relatively cheap ($50 or so). If you’re relatively confident you’ll use it several times, I’d recommend buying your own.
